1. The Remind feed provides timely information related to cancellations, changes and reminders. Click HERE for instructions on how to receive notifications via text message and/or email related to DeMatha's cross country team.

2. Upcoming Meet Information provides details (location, time, etc) about the team's next meet.

3. Meet Results and Recap provides a summary by the coach and official results from the team's most recent meet.

One noteworthy change from previous years: our full training plan is no longer accessible to the general public online. Students enrolled at DeMatha who have confirmed their interest in running cross country will receive a link to the team's training plan for the current season.

2026 Spring Interest Meeting

There will be a meeting for interested athletes and their parents on Wednesday, May 20 at 6:30pm in Room 7302 of the Convocation Center. The meeting will be recorded for those unable to attend. There will be important information regarding new policies concerning forms and clearance for athletic participation in addition to other pertinent information.

If you are not currently on the team's email list (you would have received an email inviting you to this meeting), please contact Coach Puffett ASAP and request for him to include you on future correspondence.

2026 Mandatory Team Meeting

There will be a mandatory meeting for parents and athletes on (Date/Time/Location TBD - this will be in mid-August). Those unable to attend will receive a follow-up email with video and/or a slideshow from the meeting. All athletes must have a parent e-sign a form stating they attended the meeting and/or reviewed all information delivered via email by (TBD) or they will be removed from the roster and will be unable to rejoin for the 2026 season.

If you are not currently on the team's email list, please contact Coach Puffett ASAP and request him to forward you the follow-up email from the Mandatory Parent Meeting so you can review all information and sign the parent form. The deadline to join the 2026 roster is (TBD).
